Adam Webber is an experienced litigator in probate, trust, employment, tax, appellate advocacy, and general civil litigation. He has a substantial background in probate and trust matters, representing executors, trustees, and beneficiaries. Adam has argued before Ohio Courts of Appeal, the Federal Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Tax Court, the United States Supreme Court and has been successful in representing clients throughout Ohio.
Adam is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, which he attended on a debate scholarship. He was trained in law at the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. While at Ohio State, Adam was the school’s champion in the National Mediation Competition and Negotiation Competition, and he co-founded and served as the Executive Editor of the Entrepreneurial Business Law Journal.
Adam is an active member of the Dayton Bar Association and has held several leadership positions, including: the Chair of the Labor and Employment Committee, the Chair of the Certified Grievance Committee, and the Board of Trustees.
Adam, his wife, and their four children live in Kettering, Ohio. They enjoy gardening, cooking, and outdoor activities. Adam is a beekeeper and local honey purveyor.
